For many flat stainless steel products special edges are recommended for functional, aesthetic or safety reasons. Many different strip profiles can be created by either metal-removing processing (deburring, chamfering, rounding off and planing) or by cold shaping (cold rounding and flat rolling).
At any rate, this is done with fast and reasonably priced processing by our wide range of modern and specialised carbide edge treatment tools. In addition, special profiles can be manufactured on request. Even the most exact tolerances can be fulfilled due to continuous laser-controlled width measurement over the whole length of the strip.
