Our quality assurance process starts with an extremely thorough inspection of incoming material. Our staff checks the material's thickness using an ultra sonic testing device and pays particular attention to the consistency of the surfaces. Occasional yet inevitable manufacturer's defects of strips and blanks are always marked while being processed. Material with visible errors is of course rejected by our staff who all have quality assurance training. Our customers benefit from this ongoing inspection process because the risk of scrap or machine downtime caused by material defects during their work flow is minimized. Together with the manufacturers, we follow a zero-defect strategy. Any complaints we receive are passed on to the quality control department of the respective supplier in order to eliminate the source of error. Our quality management system is certified in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard. Moreover, processing in compliance with the TS 16949 standard can be arranged.
