Our quality management is certified according to the DIN EN ISO 9001 standard.
In addition, by agreement, we can also meet requirements in accordance with the IATF 16949.
End of the announcement? Not at all!
Our quality standards are not limited to mere compliance with tolerances.
After all, we market a considerable volume of flat products that have to meet the highest surface requirements.
As the link between the manufacturing plants and the processing industry, our primary task is to select and allocate the semi-finished cold-rolled strip we purchase in the quality ideally suited to each individual requirement.
Accordingly our incoming goods inspectors are equipped with crane scales, mobile ultrasonic wall thickness, spectral analysis and gloss level measuring devices.
Thus, we subject the quality of the incoming raw material to an initial inspection at the earliest possible time (!) and in an all-encompassing manner.
Deviations from our specifications are thus quickly detected, evaluated and - insofar as acceptable - taken into account in the targeted marketing.
The only "alternative" to this is the return of the goods into the recycling cycle!
For decades we have therefore been pursuing a zero-defect strategy with the manufacturing plants: If material defects of any kind occur and are detected, the responsible quality departments of the manufacturing plants are informed as quickly as possible in order to eliminate potential sources of defects and avoid further damage to the overall economy.
