In our finishing department, the first processing step usually involves the precise slitting of cold-rolled and cold-rolled wide strip into slit strip made of stainless steel. On our slitting lines the strict use of knife design programs ensures reproducible slit widths and high-quality cutting edges. The well-balanced interaction of man + machine has proven itself on our lines for decades.

At the special request of our customers we can minimize the height of the cutting burrs by hydraulically feeding the burr back rollers in such a way that, in some cases, a separate machining of the edges can be avoided.

Almost all strip processing lines in our service center are equipped with integrated devices for the application of technical protective films on one or both sides.
Edge-straight coil winding, as well as extremely gentle and individual packaging in our semi-automatic packaging line, round off this service skillfully.

We generally manufacture according to the valid DIN EN ISO 9445-2 (limit dimensions and tolerances - cold wide strip and sheet metal).
Tighter tolerances as well as special specifications (for example uniform cutting burr alignment) can of course be agreed.
