By grinding and brushing flat products made of stainless steel or non-ferrous metals, all conceivable decorative structures can be produced, from "coarse-ground" to "ultra-fine brushed".

The grinding and brushing cabins on our coil-to-coil lines, with up to three processing stations, allow numerous combination possibilities, such as "satin finishing" by pre-grinding and subsequent brushing over of the surface. In general we manufacture according to "grain size specifications" or on the basis of limit samples whose surface roughness we can determine.

In the case of increased strength properties, even strip products with minimum thicknesses of up to 0.1 millimeters can be surface treated on our special equipment. Increasingly, our dry abrasive treatment is also used to repair defective surfaces.

Another field of application is the "roughening" of strip surfaces as preparation for the subsequent application of adhesion promoters or other paints.
